Rainbow Room

Our Rainbow Room is a calm, private space where you can share a final moment with your beloved pet. It’s a gentle place, set aside for families who want somewhere peaceful to sit together before or after care, with time to reflect and say goodbye in their own way.

When you arrive, we’ll welcome you softly and explain what will happen. The room is quiet and undisturbed, with comfortable seating, soft lighting and the option of calming music if you’d like. Hot drinks, water and tissues are always on hand.

If you’d prefer not to go to a veterinary clinic, and don’t feel a home goodbye is right for you, the Rainbow Room can also be used for pet euthanasia. Let us know when you book so we can prepare everything with dignity and care.

We’ll support you in whatever way feels right — gently helping with your pet if needed, guiding you through what happens next, or simply stepping back so you have undisturbed time together.

There’s no rush — we’ll agree on the time you need. Family members are welcome to join later if that helps, and the room is large enough for big dogs or several people.
