Our service is available 24/7, so you can contact us at any time. If your pet has passed away at home or at your veterinary practice, we can attend outside normal hours to collect them with dignity and respect. Additional charges apply for collections after 8pm. This is often the right option for families who experience an unexpected loss at home, need support in the evening, or simply don’t want to wait until the next day.

We also offer out of hours home euthanasia, allowing your pet to pass peacefully in the comfort of home — even during evenings, weekends or late at night. These appointments are subject to availability, with additional charges after 5pm, at weekends and on bank holidays. Many families choose this to avoid emergency clinic visits and to keep their pet in a familiar, settled environment.
