An attended cremation gives you the opportunity to accompany your pet to our crematorium, walk with them into the cremation suite, and say your final goodbye in a calm, private setting.

With an attended cremation, you, your family or close friends are invited to our premises and may spend time with your pet in our dedicated Rainbow Room. When you feel ready, your pet is gently placed into the cremator in your presence. This offers complete transparency and reassurance, allowing you to see that your pet is cared for individually, with dignity and respect, from arrival through to the moment of cremation.

Many families choose to be present as it provides reassurance and trust in the process, knowing first-hand that their pet is receiving the care we promise. It also allows for a more personal and meaningful farewell, giving you the time and space to say goodbye in your own way. In most cases, ashes can be prepared and returned later the same day. To guarantee this, a same day cremation should also be selected.
