When we took the very difficult decision to have our beloved dog Jack put to sleep, we looked into home euthanasia as we didn't want to take him to the vets. Jack, as with many pets, found vet visits very stressful. We wanted him to pass away in his own home, peacefully, with those who loved him around him. Michelle and James made this possible as they believe that just like humans, pets should be treated with dignity and respect. From the first moment when our lovely vet arrived to Michelle and James coming to collect Jack, the whole experience, although incredibly sad, was peaceful and gentle from start to finish. We felt completely reassured by Rainbow Bridge that they would look after him whilst in their care. This is the last act of love that a dedicated animal lover can do for their beloved pet when their quality of life is completely compromised. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this thoughtful company with the dignified final journey over the rainbow bridge for your pets.

We were so pleased that we chose Rainbow Bridge Pet Funerals when our beloved little dog Leo deteriorated very quickly. It was evening time when we filled in the online contact form, but James responded by phone very quickly. He was so supportive, understanding and caring at this very sad time. We wanted our little boy to go with love and peace in his own surroundings and time was of the essence not to prolong his suffering. James was really accommodating and arranged it for the following day in line with our wishes. The service they provided was compassionate, peaceful and performed with love and affection. They arranged for Bee (the Vet) who was so caring, calm and explained everything in detail so that we knew exactly what was happening. Our little boy couldn’t have been in more loving hands with Bee and we were able to say our goodbyes whilst he passed away very peacefully without any pain. James and Michelle came to pick him up as we had asked for 30 minutes to be with him after the Vet had left. They were both kind and caring, they tenderly placed Leo into his own bed and respectfully wrapped him in blankets as though he was peacefully sleeping. The bed was returned to us the following day with his ashes and lovely memorabilia. We would highly recommend Rainbow Bridge for their professionalism, compassion and support at a very difficult and sad time for us. They were fantastic from start to finish.

At a very sad time the team at Rainbow 🌈 Bridge made Rhea's passing as lovely as possible. The vet Nicola was understanding and very reassuring. James was really calming and supportive during a horrific time. Our little man fell ill very quickly and unexpectedly so we were beside ourselves, having him pass in our arms in his own home and warm bed was a comfort to us, all of the communication and interactions with James were filled with patience and understanding. If you’re in the same unfortunate position as us, I’m so sorry, and I do whole heartedly recommend rainbow bridge. The vet that came out to us was also lovely and really reassured us. They had him back with us in his little casket within a couple of days, with some lovely keepsakes. They really made what was an awful time, a little less awful, by treating us and our little man with such dignity and care.

I would highly recommend Rainbow Bridge - the service provided allowed us to grieve for our dog Teddy, without having to focus on practicalities at such an emotional time. Michelle and James were very professional and showed so much empathy towards myself and our family. Princess was our first family dog and we had never been through this before, my first point of call was the vets, but all they could do was get someone to ring me back in the evening. We lost our beloved Cavalier Dolly on Wednesday morning. My husband called Rainbow Bridge and spoke with James. He walked us through the process explaining every detail with so much care and understanding it made it a little easier to cope with.
