We only collect pets individually, and always in a compassionate, professional manner. Whether your pet is at home or at a veterinary practice, we’ll be there to support you with sensitivity and respect.
Individual Pet Cremation
Our individual pet cremation service offers a peaceful and private way to honour your pet’s life. From the moment they are placed in our care, we handle every part of the process with compassion and professionalism — as we would wish for our own.
Return of Cremated Remains
Our aim is to return your pet’s cremated remains by hand within 24-72 hours, or sooner whenever possible. We strive to ensure that the process is as swift and respectful as possible, giving you peace of mind during an already emotional time.
Attended Cremation
An attended cremation gives you the choice to accompany your pet to our crematorium, walk with them into the cremation suite, and say your last goodbye in a calm, private environment.
Same Day Cremation
During such an emotional time, waiting for cremation can add further distress. We offer a Same Day service, giving you the option to have your pet cremated and their ashes returned on the same day.
Pre-Planned Cremation
A pre-planned pet cremation allows you to make decisions ahead of time, including whether you would like to keep your pet’s ashes in a memorial urn or have them scattered in a special location.
