Our aim is to return your pet’s cremated remains within 3 days, or sooner whenever possible. We strive to ensure that the process is as swift and respectful as possible, giving you peace of mind during an already emotional time.

As part of our dedication to supporting you, we return your pet’s cremated remains for just £20.00 (within a 20-mile radius of BL3 6EH). For areas beyond this range, please see our pricing page. Alternatively, you are welcome to collect your pet’s ashes from our Rainbow Room, where you can take a peaceful moment and feel reunited.

Every step of the journey is treated with the utmost care. We ensure your pet's remains are handled respectfully and returned to you in a way that brings comfort — whether through the choice of a special urn or keepsake.

Ashes Storage
We ask that your pet's ashes are collected within 30 days of cremation. If you need us to keep them for longer, we're happy to do so. After 30 days, a storage fee of £15 per month will apply. We can hold ashes for a maximum of 6 months. We'll make reasonable attempts to contact you before this period expires and will explain what will happen if we're unable to reunite you with your pet's ashes.
