Our aim is to return your pet’s cremated remains by hand within 48-72 hours, or sooner whenever possible. We strive to ensure that the process is as swift and respectful as possible, giving you peace of mind during an already emotional time.
As part of our dedication to supporting you, we offer free return of cremated remains within a 15-mile radius of our location (BL3). For areas beyond this range, please contact us, and we will discuss the best options to ensure the return is as convenient as possible.
Every step of the journey is treated with the utmost care. We ensure your pet's remains are handled respectfully and returned to you in a way that brings comfort — whether through the choice of a special urn or keepsake.
