Home Euthanasia
Choose this option if you wish to make and home euthanasia booking and make you own arrangements for your pet afterwards (home burial etc).
Pet Euthanasia & Cremation
Choose this option if you would like to arrange both euthanasia and cremation for your pet, allowing everything to be arranged together in one booking.
Pet Cremation
Choose this option if your pet has passed away at home or vets and you would like to arrange your pet’s cremation and aftercare.
Quality of Life Assessment
Choose this option if you are unsure whether the time is right to say goodbye and would like support from an RCVS qualified vet.
