We offer free collection from your home or veterinary practice within 20 miles of BL3 6EH. For families outside of this area, collections are still available for a small, transparent fee. Every journey is carried out using our dedicated pet private ambulance, ensuring your pet is transported safely, respectfully and with the utmost care.

Our phone lines are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by a member of our team. Whether your pet has passed away unexpectedly or you’re planning ahead, we’re here to guide you gently through the next steps.
