Pet Collection
Our pet collection services is available 7 days a week from your home or veterinary surgery. Whether your pet is at home or at a veterinary practice, we’ll be there to support you with sensitivity and respect. Mileage is calculated from BL3 6EH.

Individual Pet Cremation
We personally guarantee that your pet will be individually cremated, and you will receive your own pet’s ashes — and only theirs. You can choose to receive the ashes in a selection of urns or keepsake items, and we’ll guide you through the options to find what feels right for you and your family.
Example breeds are provided as an indication only, and the final price will be based on your pet’s actual weight to ensure accuracy and fairness.

Return of Cremated Remains
We understand how important it is to have your pet’s remains returned promptly. That’s why we aim to return cremated remains within 3 days, or sooner where possible, ensuring you can begin your personal farewell without unnecessary delay.
You are also welcome to collect your pet’s ashes from our Rainbow Room, where you can take a peaceful moment and feel reunited. There is no charge for collecting your pets ashes.

What the price covers
When you choose our pet cremation service, here’s what is included in the fee:
- A personal, professional and compassionate service.
- An individual/private cremation — your pet is cremated alone, ensuring their ashes are returned only to you.
- A certificate of cremation confirming the procedure has been carried out.
- A choice of return container, such as a scatter tube, so the ashes are provided back to you in a respectful manner.
- Careful handling of your pet’s remains throughout the process with dignity and compassion.
- VAT at the current rate.

Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer, but we also accept all major debit and credit cards as well as Klarna.
