Pet Collection
Our pet collection services is available 7 days a week from your home or veterinary surgery.

Individual Pet Cremation
We personally guarantee that your pet will be individually cremated, and you will receive your own pet’s ashes — and only theirs.
We're offer a same day cremation service for an additional £25. This is subject to availability - contact us for more details.

What the price covers
When you choose our pet cremation service, here’s what is included in the fee:
- A personal, professional and compassionate service.
- An individual/private cremation — your pet is cremated alone, ensuring their ashes are returned only to you.
- A certificate of cremation confirming the procedure has been carried out.
- A choice of return container, such as a scatter tube or basic urn, so the ashes are provided back to you in a respectful manner.
- Careful handling of your pet’s remains throughout the process with dignity and compassion.
- Turnaround time for return of ashes, subject to availability (e.g. 24-48 hours or as specified).
When we attend
- We're available 24/7 including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- If your circumstances are urgent, please call us and we’ll explain availability.

- The prices shown are for pet cremation and associated services only.
- Home euthanasia is available and is charged separately.

Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer, but we also accept all major debit and credit cards as well as Klarna.
