These Terms and Conditions govern the Pre‑Paid Pet Cremation plans offered by Rainbow Bridge Pet Funerals (“we”, “us”, “our”) to clients (“you”, “your”). By enrolling in a Pre‑Paid Pet Cremation plan, you agree to these terms in full.

Definitions
In these Terms:

• Plan means a Pre‑Paid Pet Cremation plan.
• Funds means monies paid by you towards the Plan.
• Service means the pet cremation services provided under the Plan.

Plan Eligibility
Pre‑Paid Pet Cremation plans are available for pets accepted by Rainbow Bridge Pet Funerals. Plans should be set up in advance of need, and before your pet’s passing.

Plan Commencement
Plans become active once your first payment has been received and processed by us.

Contributions and Payments*

• A minimum contribution of £10 per month or the weekly equivalent per pet applies.
• You may contribute more than the minimum at any time to pay off your plan sooner.
• Contributions may be made by bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other methods agreed with us.
• Plans do not cover other services such as home euthanasia, which are charged separately.

Securing Prices
Funds paid secure current published cremation prices at the time of payment. This may offer protection against future price increases for the cremation service element of the plan.

Fund Management

• Your funds are held in a separate account solely for Pre‑Paid Pet Cremation plans.
• Funds remain your property but are managed in accordance with our financial procedures.

Withdrawal of Funds

• You may withdraw your funds at any time before they are used for a cremation service.
• A £25 administration charge applies to all withdrawals of funds prior to use of the plan.

Use of Funds for Cremation

• Funds will be applied only to the cremation service cost and agreed fees under the Plan.
• In the event your pet passes away before the plan is fully paid, the Plan remains valid. Any remaining balance can be settled at the time of cremation.

Plan Changes
You may adjust your contribution amounts at any time by contacting us. Any changes should be confirmed in writing or via the agreed communication method.

Plan Termination
We may terminate a Plan if you breach these Terms. In the event of termination, any remaining funds will be returned to you minus the £25 administration charge, where applicable.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability relating to the Plan is limited to the cost of services covered by the Plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Data Protection
We will process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy.

Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website. Continued participation in the Plan constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
