Out of Hours Pet Collection
Our 24/7 service allows families to contact us at any time. If your pet has passed away at home or at your veterinary practice, we can attend outside normal operating hours to collect your pet with dignity and respect. Additional charges apply for collections after 8pm.

This service is often used by families who experience a pet passing away at home unexpectedly, need evening support, or prefer their pet to be collected promptly rather than waiting until the next day.

Out of Hours Home Euthanasia
We also provide out of hours home euthanasia, allowing your pet to drift peacefully to sleep in the comfort of home, even during evenings, weekends or late at night. These appointments are subject to availability. Additional charges apply for appointments after 5pm or at weekends and bank holidays.

Families who choose this option often do so to avoid emergency clinic visits and to ensure a familiar, stress-free environment for their pet.
