Home Euthanasia Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Rainbow Bridge Pet Funeral Services Ltd, trading as Rainbow Bridge Pet Funerals (“we,” “us,” or “our”), to clients (“you” or “your”) seeking pet cremation and funeral services. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
Our Service
- Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is never easy, and our goal is to ensure the euthanasia process is as peaceful and dignified as possible. We use a gentle two-step approach to provide a calm passing. First, we administer a sedative to help your pet relax comfortably, free from stress or discomfort. Once they are at ease, we administer the final medication, allowing them to pass away in a deep state of rest.
Safety of Our Vets
- The safety of our veterinarians is our top priority. If our vet feels unsafe upon arrival for any reason, they have the right to leave immediately. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Anxious or Reactive Pets
- If your pet is anxious, reactive, or has a history of nipping or biting, we ask that you muzzle them before the vet enters your home. While this is not our preferred approach, you know your pet best, and we rely on your judgment to ensure the safety of our vet and everyone present. This precaution allows us to proceed with care and compassion.
Your Home & Insurance
- Our vet is a guest in your home, and it is your responsibility to ensure your home insurance covers any incidents or injuries involving the vet while they are on your property, as you would for any other visitor.
Cancellations & Refunds
- We understand that circumstances may change. You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. To do so, please call or WhatsApp us at 01204 263 115 to ensure we receive your cancellation request within this timeframe.
- Due to high demand for home visits, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you change the address of the appointment after booking, the price may be adjusted based on the new location. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to update your location.
