Rainbow Bridge Pet Funerals is an independent pet crematorium, run by a husband and wife team who have personally experienced the heartbreak of losing pets. Every decision we make is driven by care, compassion and respect for the pets and the people who love them — not by profit.

We have followed every legal and regulatory requirement to operate properly. These requirements exist to protect families, staff and the pets entrusted to our care, and to ensure every process is safe, transparent and dignified. Approvals for running such a service are publicly available, and we follow them diligently.

Unfortunately, failing to operate in line with legal requirements and established procedures has, in some cases, caused significant distress for pet owners.
