Pet cremation is the process of respectfully and professionally cremating your pet’s remains after they have passed.
At Rainbow Bridge Pet Funerals, we specialise in individual cremation, ensuring that your pet's ashes are returned to you in a respectful and dignified manner.
No, you have the right to choose your pet's final journey, just as you would for a family member. The decision of where to have your pet cremated is entirely up to you, and you are not obligated to use the standard service offered by your vet.
We offer a guarantee that your pet will be cremated alone and that their ashes will be returned to you. You will also receive a certificate of individual cremation. We have robust procedures in place, such as identification tags, to confirm that your pet’s remains are handled separately. We do not offer communal cremations. All individual cremations are recorded, including the date and time details.
Yes, we offer attended cremations, allowing you to be present if you wish. This gives you the opportunity to say a final goodbye in a private and respectful setting, with our team guiding you through the process with care and compassion.
We will reunite you with your beloved pet within 24 to 72 hours.
We transport your pet directly to our own crematorium in Bolton, where a fur clipping is taken, and a photo of your pet's nose and paw is captured. Depending on the time of day, your pet may be cremated either that day or the following day. They will be placed in a waiting lounge until it's their turn for cremation.
You have a range of options available. You can choose either a scatter tube or a bamboo pouch, both of which are included in the price.
Yes, we are an APHA-approved pet crematorium, allowing us to provide compassionate, dignified cremation services in-house. This ensures your pet is cared for with the utmost respect from start to finish.
