At Rainbow Bridge Pet Funerals, we’ve always believed that our care shouldn’t simply end when a pet is returned home.

We’re therefore pleased to announce a new partnership with Griefity, giving the families we care for access to additional pet loss and bereavement support at no cost to them.

Support beyond your pet’s return home

Losing a much-loved pet can be devastating, and grief can affect everyone differently. For some people, the first few days are the most difficult, while for others the need for additional support may come weeks or months later.

Griefity is a private grief-support platform offering dedicated pet loss resources, grief education, self-care tools, ongoing guidance, and peer and email support. Families can access as much or as little support as they need, in their own time.

Provided free to Rainbow Bridge families

We want this additional support to be available without families having to worry about another cost at an already difficult time.

That’s why Rainbow Bridge Pet Funerals covers the cost of Griefity for the families whose pets we care for.

Following their pet’s care with Rainbow Bridge, families will receive an email containing a personal link giving them complimentary access to Griefity and the support available through the platform.

Another part of our ongoing aftercare

Our partnership with Griefity complements the bereavement support we already provide, including our Pet Bereavement Cafés and Pet Loss Support Group.

By offering different ways to access support, we hope families can choose whatever feels most comfortable for them – whether that's talking with others, accessing support privately online or simply knowing help is available should they need it.

For us, caring for a pet also means caring about the people who loved them.

Their pet may have left our care, but our support for their family doesn’t have to end there.
